Recreation Services

Recreation Services provides a variety of leisure experiences and recreational opportunities. The Student Recreation Center provides state of the art equipment and a variety of fitness opportunities including basketball, volleyball, and racquetball courts; cycling and aerobic studios; weight training and conditioning equipment; a two-lane track; group fitness program; personal training; and locker facilities. The Recreational Sports program provides comprehensive, competitive, and recreational sporting opportunities for individuals and teams. Recreation Services also offers adventure classes and tips through the Outdoor Adventure Program and Leisure University.
